RelistKit Credits

RelistKit's AI work is paid for in credits. You get a set number each month, they reset on your account's monthly anniversary, and most of what you do costs nothing.

What costs credits

• Generating a listing from a Poshmark draft: 1 credit. Regenerating the listing costs another credit.
• Price research on an item: 2 credits.

What is free

Everything else. Bringing in your closet, cross-listing, scanning, recording sales, trackers, reports, exports.

The Credits page

The Credits page in the RelistKit app shows what's Available (what is left this cycle), Used this cycle, and the reset date. There's also a chart of credit uses by day and a log of recent credit use.

When you run out

If you run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan, buy a pack of additional credits, or until your renewal date for the credits to reset.

Common questions

A generation failed. Was I charged? No. Only a completed generation uses a credit.

Do unused credits roll over? Credits that are part of your monthly allotment don't carry over, but credits purchased as part of a pack are retained. The system uses monthly credits first, then if none are available, the system uses credits from purchased packs.
