Sales Records

Sales is where every sale ends up, whether it was recorded from an email or by hand. It has three tabs in the RelistKit app, and every table supports export to CSV or Excel:

  • Overview is today's picture.
  • All sales is the full list.
  • Platforms compares where you sell.

Overview

Navigate to Sales and the Overview tab opens. It shows:

  • sales this month against last month
  • revenue and profit per month for the trailing twelve months
  • recent sales
  • anything waiting under Needs review

All sales

  1. Navigate to Sales, and then click the All sales tab. Every sale is listed newest first.
  2. Filter with the controls across the top:
  • platform
  • source, when partners are enabled
  • view, which narrows the list to sales that need a label cost or to refunded sales
  • status
  • date range
  1. Next is Columns:, switch columns on and off. Your choice is remembered. The headings stay put while you scroll.

Each row has three actions in the Actions column:

  • The pencil opens the sale so you can edit it.
  • The refund arrow records a full or partial refund.
  • The trash deletes a record that should not exist.

Profit is what you were paid with three things taken off. Enter costs and profit becomes real:

  • the platform's fees
  • your cost from the item page
  • the label cost, when you enter it

To export, set your filters, and then click CSV or Excel above the table.

Platforms

Click the Platforms tab to see where the money actually is. For each platform, for the period, it shows:

  • sales
  • revenue
  • fees
  • profit

Common questions

Revenue and my bank do not match.

Revenue here is the sale price; platforms pay you after fees, and on their own schedule. Fees are their own column.

Where do partner shares show?

With partners on, All sales has a Partner share column, and the Partners report under Trackers → Partners totals it per partner.

Can I see a single month for my accountant?

Under All sales, set the date range to the month, and then click CSV or Excel to export the records.
