Lower Prices on What Hasn't Sold
Some listings just sit. When something hasn't sold in a few months, a lower price is often all it needs. Repricing keeps track of how long each item has been listed, works out a lower price for every marketplace it's on, and opens each listing with that price filled in. You check it and save it yourself, so nothing changes on a marketplace until you do. Repricing is part of the Growth and Pro plans.
Nothing is ever lowered automatically. RelistKit works out the new price and fills it in, but the change only happens when you save it on the marketplace yourself.
Before you start
- The RelistKit extension is installed in Chrome and connected to your account.
- You're signed in to each marketplace your items are listed on.
Set your price drops
Open Inventory and click the Repricing tab. The Your price drops card, on the right, shows when prices drop and by how much. To start, it's set to:
- 10% off after 3 months
- 20% off after 6 months
- 30% off after 12 months
That's just a starting point. To make it your own:
- Click Change on the Your price drops card.
- Set up to three steps, each one later and bigger than the one before.
- If there's a price you never want to go under, enter it in Never below.
- Click Save.

Each drop comes off the item's price before its first drop, so the steps add up: a $30 item drops to $27 at 3 months (10% off), then to $24 at 6 months (20% off).
See what's due
Choose a step from the list above the items, such as Unsold 3 months, 10% off (5 items). The items listed longest come first. For each one, you'll see:
- When it was listed, and how many days ago that was.
- Each marketplace it's on, with its price now and the suggested new price.

Each marketplace drops from its own price, not your Poshmark price, and keeps the price's ending: $27.99 at 10% off becomes $24.99. Poshmark and Facebook Marketplace prices stay in whole dollars.
An item you imported from your Poshmark closet counts from the day you first listed it on Poshmark, not the day you imported it.
Drop the prices
- Click Drop prices on the item's row. Its Poshmark listing opens in a new tab, ready to edit, with the new price filled in.
- Check the price. The RelistKit panel shows the new price next to the old one. Change it if you like.
- Click Update on Poshmark to save it. RelistKit records the new price, and the same tab moves on to the item's next marketplace.
- Check and save on each one in turn: Revise it on eBay, Save on Depop. On Facebook Marketplace, click Edit listing first, and RelistKit fills in the new price for you to save with Update.
- After the last marketplace, you're back on the Repricing tab, and the item leaves the list until its next step.

Want to leave one marketplace as it is? Click the skip button in the panel, like Skip eBay. To stop altogether, click Stop.
Changed a price yourself?
If you lowered a price on a marketplace without using Drop prices, click I changed it next to that marketplace on the item's row. RelistKit records the price shown there.
Not ready to drop it?
Click Not this time on the item's row. The item keeps its prices until its next step.
Common questions
Why doesn't RelistKit save the new price for me?
Every price change is your call. RelistKit fills in the price, so all you have to do is check it and save.
Where can I see an item's past drops?
Open the item from Inventory → Items. Under Listed price, the item page says when its price was last dropped. Click History to see every drop on every marketplace.
Why isn't an item showing a new price?
It's already at or below the step's price, maybe because you lowered it yourself, or it's reached your Never below price. Nothing is suggested, and the item comes up again at its next step.
What if a marketplace shows a different price than RelistKit had?
The drop is worked out from the price the marketplace shows, and the panel tells you so. If RelistKit doesn't know a listing's price yet, its row says Price not known yet. Click Drop prices anyway, and RelistKit reads the price from the listing.
Can I have more than three steps?
No. Three steps cover a listing's first year, and most sellers use fewer.
