Resetting your Password

If you cannot sign in, you can set a new password from the sign-in page. The reset link arrives by email and works once.

1. Request a reset link

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?.
2. Enter the email address you sign in with.
3. Click Send reset link.

If that email has a RelistKit account, a reset email arrives within a minute. Check your spam folder if it does not.

2. Choose a new password

1. In the email, click Choose a new password. A page opens where you type a new password twice.
2. Enter the new password in both fields, and then click the button to save it.
3. When the page says your password has been reset, sign in with the new one.

The link works once and for 24 hours.

If the link says it has expired

Request a fresh one from the same sign-in page. The old link is dead the moment a new one is sent, or once it has been used.

Common questions

No email came.

Check spam, and check that you typed the address you sign in with.

Does resetting sign me out elsewhere?

Yes, on every other device.

Does the browser extension need anything after a reset?

No. It has its own connection and keeps working.
