Import from eBay, Depop and Facebook
Already selling on eBay, Depop or Facebook Marketplace? You can bring those listings into RelistKit, so it keeps track of your whole inventory, not just Poshmark. RelistKit reads your listings on the marketplace, links the ones that are already in your inventory, and adds the rest as new items when you say so. Importing is part of the Growth and Pro plans, and it doesn't use any credits.
RelistKit only reads your listings. It never changes anything on eBay, Depop or Facebook Marketplace.
How importing works
Importing happens in two steps, and you start each one yourself:
- Matching. RelistKit reads each of your listings and compares its photo, title and price with the items in your inventory. When it's sure a listing is an item you already have, it links them: RelistKit now knows the item is on that marketplace too, so a sale there lands on the right item, and your delist reminders (RelistKit's prompts to take a sold item down everywhere else) name every marketplace it's on. When it isn't sure, it sets the listing aside for you to check on Import review.
- Adding. Listings that aren't in your inventory at all can be added as new items. Nothing is added until you click Add.
You can run it again any time. Listings that are already linked, set aside or skipped are left alone, so nothing gets added twice.
Before you start
- You're on the Growth or Pro plan.
- The RelistKit extension is installed in Chrome and connected. In RelistKit, Settings → Browser extension should say Connected.
- You're signed in to the marketplace in the same Chrome window.
- If you also sell on Poshmark, import your Poshmark closet first (see Import Your Closet). Then your eBay, Depop and Facebook listings can match those items instead of being added a second time.
eBay, Depop and Facebook don't allow automated tools in their terms. RelistKit only reads your own listings, at a slow, steady pace, and changes nothing. Even so, a marketplace could treat it as automation and warn or restrict your account, and RelistKit can't prevent that. The panel asks you to accept this risk before you start.
Match your listings
Start on the marketplace, on the page that lists your own listings:
- eBay: open Seller Hub, then Listings → Active.
- Depop: open your own shop page.
- Facebook Marketplace: open your Marketplace profile, where all your listings show in one list. If you start from Your listings, the RelistKit panel offers an Open my profile button to take you there.
Then:
- Click the RelistKit button in the lower right corner of the page. The RelistKit panel opens.
- Click Match my eBay listings (or Depop, or Facebook).
- Read the risk notice, then click I understand the risk.
- Click Start matching.

Keep the tab open while it runs. It goes faster with the tab in front, and Facebook only loads listings while its tab is in front. You can click Pause, and Resume later, even after closing the tab: open the same page again and click the RelistKit button. Stop ends the run, but anything already linked or set aside stays that way.
The first time, RelistKit may take a few minutes to look at your item photos before it starts. When matching is done, you also get an email with the totals.
Add the listings that aren't in RelistKit
When every listing has been read, the panel shows what happened:
- how many listings it linked to items you have
- how many it set aside for you to check
- how many aren't in your inventory

To add the listings that aren't in your inventory, click Add the and the number, like Add the 3. Each one becomes a new item with the status Listed, linked to its listing. It takes a few seconds a listing. Not ready? Click Not now, and the panel shows the same summary the next time you click the RelistKit button.
What's copied depends on the marketplace:
- eBay: photos, title, price, category, condition, and the Custom label as the SKU (your own stock number). Not the description, brand or size.
- Depop: photos, title, description, price and condition (only "New"; other conditions are left blank).
- Facebook Marketplace: photos, title, description, price, condition, brand, colour and size.
Nothing else is copied, including what you paid for the item, so add your costs on each item's page.
RelistKit adds up to 250 listings at a time, with a short break every 25, so the marketplace sees a steady pace. If it stops at 250, click Resume when you're ready.
Check the ones set aside
When RelistKit isn't sure which item a listing is, it sets the listing aside on Import review. Open Inventory and click the Import review tab, or click See them on the Inventory Overview.
Each listing shows side by side with the item RelistKit thinks it might be: the listing on the left, your item on the right, each with its photo, title and price. Under them, What RelistKit saw says why it wasn't sure, like Different photo or Similar title.

Choose an answer:
- Same item, link them links the listing to that item.
- Not the same, add it as a new item marks the listing to be added. It's added, with its photos, the next time you click the RelistKit button on that marketplace's listings page and choose Add.
- Skip leaves the listing unlinked. Future imports leave it alone.
- It's a different item in my inventory lets you search your items by name or SKU, then click Link to this item.
Each answer saves straight away, so you can stop whenever you like and pick up later. The oldest listings come first. To work through them in your own order, click List, then search the titles.
Sometimes the card explains something more, like an item that has already sold while its listing is still up. Follow what the card says. For a sold item, end the listing on the marketplace so nobody buys it twice, then click I've ended it.
Common questions
Some of my eBay listings weren't read. Why?
RelistKit reads listings on eBay's Canadian site (ebay.ca). A search or filter in Seller Hub also limits what's read, so clear it to match everything.
I clicked "Not the same", but no new item appeared.
The listing is only marked to be added. Go to that marketplace's listings page, click the RelistKit button, and click Add. Until then, you can change your mind: on Import review, click List, then the Marked to add tab, then Check again.
I linked the wrong item. How do I undo it?
Open the item from Inventory → Items. In the Platforms card, click Remove on that marketplace's row, then confirm. This only removes RelistKit's record of the link, not the listing. The next import sorts that listing again.
Do I need to connect my eBay account?
Not to import. Importing reads Seller Hub in your browser. Once your eBay account is connected under Settings, though, you can switch on End my eBay listing automatically when an item sells somewhere else, and RelistKit ends a linked eBay listing for you when the item sells on another marketplace.
Why does an imported item count as listed today?
The marketplaces' listing dates aren't copied, so an item that's only on eBay, Depop or Facebook counts from the day you imported it. An item that's also on Poshmark keeps its Poshmark listing date.
I'm on Free or Starter. Can I still bring in a listing?
Yes, one at a time, from the RelistKit panel on that listing's page on the marketplace. Importing all your listings at once comes with Growth and Pro.
