Start in 10 Minutes

Setting up takes about ten minutes, once, and needs three things:

  • A RelistKit account.
  • The RelistKit extension in Chrome.
  • The two connected to each other.

Then a short setup guide asks four questions.

1. Set your password and sign in

  1. Open your welcome email and click Set your password. The link works once and for 24 hours.
  2. Choose a password.
  3. Go to https://app.relistkit.com/login and sign in with your email and that password.

Note: If the link has expired, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and we send a fresh one.

2. Install the extension

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click Install the extension in the welcome email. The same button is under Settings → Browser extension in the app. The Chrome Web Store opens.
  3. Click Add to Chrome, and then click Add extension. A small RelistKit icon appears at the top right of Chrome. Pin it if you like; you do not need to click it.

3. Connect the extension to your account

  1. In the app, navigate to Settings → Browser extension.
  2. Click Connect this extension and wait for the connection to complete.

4. Complete the setup guide

The first time you sign in, a short guide opens and asks four questions:

  • Which platforms you sell on. Poshmark is always on. RelistKit only ever offers cross-listing to the platforms you select here.
  • Your time zone. Dates and times show in it.
  • Whether you sell anything for other people on a split. Most sellers say no. If you do, RelistKit tracks what you owe each partner as their items sell.
  • Whether you are registered for GST/HST. Most casual sellers are not. If you are not, RelistKit only watches the $30,000 threshold for you (the threshold is the point at which the government requires you to register for GST/HST). If you are, it works out tax on the sales you collect payment for.

Every step can be skipped, and everything can be changed later under Settings. To reopen the guide at any time, click the round avatar at the top right of very RelistKit page and then click Setup guide.

Common questions

The extension icon is there but nothing shows on Poshmark.

  1. Reload the Poshmark page once after installing.
  2. If the panel still does not appear, navigate to Settings → Browser extension in RelistKit and check that it says Connected.
  3. If it does not, click Connect this extension again.

I use Safari or Firefox.

The extension is Chrome only for now. Chrome is free and can sit alongside your usual browser.
