The Inventory Page

Inventory in the RelistKit app includes every listing RelistKit knows about, including:

• The items RelistKit generated listings for.
• The items you imported from your closet.
• The items you added one by one.

The Overview tab

Navigate to Inventory → Overview for key stats and trends related to your inventory, as well as a list of recently added items.

The Items tab

Navigate to Inventory → Items for the full table. To choose which columns show, click Columns and check or uncheck options (choose fewer columns to reduce horizontal scrolling). The column headings stay put as you scroll down the page. Click an item's title to open its item page.

Status

In the order an item moves through them:

• Generating: RelistKit is writing the listing right now.
• Draft: written, in RelistKit, not published anywhere yet.
• Listed: live on at least one platform.
• Sold: sold; the sale is under Sales.
• Archived: kept for your records, hidden from active inventory.
• Generation failed: something went wrong; open the item to retry from the extension.

Filters

Across the top of the table:

• Type into Search title or SKU to find an item.
• Choose a status from the All statuses dropdown.
• Choose a source from the Any source dropdown (your own items or a partner's). This dropdown only shows when partners are on.
• Choose an attention view:
  • Stale
  • Needs cross-listing
  • Recently imported
  • Possible duplicates

Exporting

Click CSV or Excel to download all records from the current view.

Common questions

An item shows Listed but I sold it.

If the sale was on a platform that emails you, check that the sale email was forwarded. If it was cash or Facebook, you must record the sale yourself.

Where is the cost I paid?

Open the item and look under Listing details. Fill it in once and the profit figures under Sales become real.

Can I delete an item?

Yes. Open the item and click Delete on its page. If it has a recorded sale, the sale stays in your history.
