The Inventory Page
Inventory in RelistKit includes every item RelistKit knows about:
- items RelistKit wrote listings for
- items you imported from your Poshmark closet, or from eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace
- items you added one by one
Inventory has four tabs: Overview, Items, Repricing and Import review.
The Overview tab
Click Inventory in the top menu: Overview opens first, with key figures and trends for your inventory, like how many items you have, how many are listed, and how fast things sell.
The Needs attention card lists anything worth a look, each with a See them button that takes you straight there:
- listings due a price drop (Growth and Pro), or listed over six months without selling
- listings from eBay, Depop or Facebook that RelistKit wasn't sure about
- items that aren't listed on every marketplace you sell on
Further down are a chart of your inventory over time, and your most recently added items.
The Items tab
Click Items for the full table. Click an item's title to open its item page (see The Item Page). Click a column heading to sort by it. To choose which columns show, click Columns and tick or untick them: fewer columns means less scrolling sideways.
Statuses
In the order an item moves through them:
- Generating: RelistKit is writing the listing right now.
- Draft: written, in RelistKit, but not published anywhere yet.
- Listed: live on at least one marketplace.
- Sold: sold. The sale is under Sales.
- Archived: kept for your records, out of your active inventory.
- Generation failed: something went wrong. Try again from the RelistKit panel on the Poshmark draft.
Find items
Across the top of the table:
- Type into Search title, SKU, or item number to find an item.
- Choose a status from the All statuses dropdown.
- Choose My own items or a consignor from the Any source dropdown. It shows when you sell on consignment (Growth and Pro).
- Choose a view from the All items dropdown.
The views are:
- Listed 6+ months, unsold
- Not on all your platforms
- Not on Poshmark, Not on eBay, and so on, for each marketplace you sell on
- Recently imported: everything your Poshmark closet import brought in
- Review possible duplicates (see Imported Items and Duplicates)
Do things with several items at once
Tick the items, and buttons appear above the table:
- Cross-list … selected: fill each item's listing on the marketplaces it's missing. In a Not on eBay view, it reads Cross-list N selected to eBay.
- Add to a stock purchase (see Expenses and Stock Purchases).
- Own closet: mark items as from your own closet, so their sales stay out of your business figures, or back as business stock.
- Delete … selected.
To cross-list everything that isn't on eBay yet:
- Choose Not on eBay from the views dropdown.
- Tick the items you want.
- Click Cross-list N selected to eBay.
RelistKit fills up to 12 at a time: click again for the rest.
The Repricing and Import review tabs
- Repricing (Growth and Pro) suggests lower prices for listings that haven't sold. See Lower Prices on What Hasn't Sold.
- Import review (Growth and Pro) holds listings from eBay, Depop or Facebook that RelistKit wasn't sure about. See Import from eBay, Depop and Facebook.
Exporting
Click CSV or Excel to download your whole inventory: every item, in every status, with its costs and prices. It's handy for a stock count. The download always includes everything, whatever search or view you're in.
Common questions
An item shows Listed, but I sold it.
If it sold on Poshmark, eBay or Depop, check that the sale email was forwarded (automatic sale detection comes with Starter and up). If it was a cash or Facebook Marketplace sale, record it yourself: open the item and click Mark as sold.
Where's the cost I paid?
Open the item and look under Listing details, in Bought for. Fill it in once, and your profit figures become real (see How RelistKit Counts Your Costs).
Can I delete an item?
Yes. Open the item and click Delete this item at the bottom of the page, or tick several on the Items tab and click Delete … selected. If it has a recorded sale, the sale stays in your history.
Why doesn't my download match what's on screen?
The download is always your whole inventory, whatever you've searched or filtered.
Why are Repricing and Import review locked?
They're part of the Growth and Pro plans.
