The Item Page

Every item in RelistKit has one page, and it's the one place where all the details about the item live. Cross-listing starts from it, and everything else in RelistKit attaches to it. This article walks through each part of the page and what you can do there.

Before you start

Open an item by going to Inventory → Items and clicking its title, or by clicking Open in RelistKit (or Open item in RelistKit) in the RelistKit panel on the item's Poshmark page.

The top of the page

The top of the page shows:

• the title
• the status, like Listed
• any tags, like Imported from Poshmark, or what you owe a consignor once their item sells
• Mark as sold, to record a sale yourself

To record a sale with no email, like a Facebook Marketplace or cash sale:

1. Click Mark as sold.
2. Under Where did it sell?, choose the marketplace, or Other (offline or another site).
3. Check the Sold price and the date under When?.
4. Click Record the sale.

If the item is still listed elsewhere, the next step shows each listing to take down. See Selling on Facebook Marketplace.

Photos

Your photos appear in the order cross-listing uses. Each photo has:

• replace (top left): swap in a photo from your computer, in the same spot
• delete (top right)
• scissors (bottom right): make a square version for eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace
• an eye on a shop graphic: mark it Poshmark only, so it stays off the other marketplaces

You can also drag photos into a new order, and click Add photos to add more (up to 16). Poshmark always keeps its own photos and order. If the listing has a video, it shows here too, and goes with your cross-listings where the marketplace takes video.

Listing details

This card holds the details every marketplace shares, like the title, description, brand, size, colours and category, plus details for the item's category (see Listing Things That Aren't Clothing).

It also holds RelistKit's own fields:

• Bought for: what you paid (see How RelistKit Counts Your Costs)
• Listed price, and Suggested: the price RelistKit suggested
• Status
• SKU: your own code for the item, never shown to buyers
• Other info (private): your private notes
• Source (consignor): your own item, or a consignor's, when you sell on consignment

Each field has a small tag: AI for what RelistKit wrote, imported for what came from your live listing, and edited for what's been changed.

To change a field, edit it in the card, then click Save details.

Costs

If you've chosen Every detail under Settings → Item costs (Starter and up), a Costs card shows everything the item cost you: what you paid, the tax you can't claim back, getting it ready, and the stock purchase it came from. See How RelistKit Counts Your Costs.

Platforms

This card, on the right side of the page, shows each marketplace you sell on:

• Where it's listed: the price, with View listing ↗ to open it.
• Where it's not listed yet: the price it will get (by your pricing rule, set for this item, or the same as Poshmark), with a button like Cross-list on eBay.

When two or more are missing, Cross-list to all opens them all at once. To give one item its own price on a marketplace, click Change beside the price (see Set Your Pricing Rules).

Published a listing without RelistKit? Paste its address under Published it yourself?, then click Record for that marketplace.

Delete this item

Click Delete this item at the bottom of the page, then Delete. This removes the item and its photos from RelistKit only. Your listings on the marketplaces aren't touched: take those down yourself. A recorded sale stays in your history.

Common questions

I changed the listing on Poshmark. Does the item page know?

Not right away. When you cross-list from the item page, RelistKit reads your live Poshmark listing first, and updates the item.

I changed the title in RelistKit, but eBay got the Poshmark one.

Cross-listing reads your live Poshmark listing first, so make text changes on Poshmark.

Can I change the photos here?

Yes. You can add, replace, reorder, square and delete them, and keep a shop graphic on Poshmark only. Poshmark keeps its own photos either way.

What's Other info?

A private notes field, yours only, never sent to any marketplace. Some sellers keep the source or bin number there. It can also link items to a consignor in bulk.

What does Remove beside a marketplace do?

It removes RelistKit's record of that listing. The listing itself stays up on the marketplace.

Why is there no Condition field?

The condition comes from the condition line in your description. See Before You Cross-list.
