The Item Page
Every item in RelistKit has one page, and it is the one place where all details about the item live. Cross-listing reads from it, and everything else in RelistKit attaches to it. This article walks through each section of the page and what you can do there.

Before you start
- Open an item by navigating to Inventory → Items and clicking its title, or by clicking Open in RelistKit in the browser extension panel on the item's Poshmark page.
The header
The top of the page shows three things:
- The title.
- The status.
- Any tags.
- A button to mark the item as sold manually.
Photos
Your Poshmark photos appear in order. Each photo has two controls:
- A delete control removes the photo from RelistKit.
- The scissors icon opens a cropping tool to create square versions of images for eBay and Depop.
Tip: Square the first photo before cross-listing. Square the others only if their framing matters on eBay or Depop.

Note that when we detect a marketing graphic or other image on Poshmark not related to the listing, like a coupon or promo page, it is ignored during generation and it is uploaded to other platforms when the item is cross-listed.
Listing details
This card holds the fields every platform shares:
- Title
- Description
- Brand
- Category
- Size
- Up to two colors
- Condition
It also holds RelistKit's own fields:
- SKU
- Your cost, what you paid
- The listed price
- Source, your own item or a partner's, shown when partners are switched on
- Edit any field directly in the card.
- Click Save details. The page confirms that cross-listing will use your updated details.
Platforms
This card, on the right side of the page, shows where the item is listed. For each platform you sell on, it shows one of these:
- Cross-list on eBay when the item is not on eBay yet.
- Cross-list on Depop when it is not on Depop yet.
- Cross-list on Facebook Marketplace when it is not on Facebook yet.
- The word "listed" with the date when it is already there.
When two or more platforms are missing, a Cross-list to all button opens them one after another.
Delete this item
Click Delete this item and confirm. This removes the item and its photos from RelistKit only. Listings on the platforms are untouched; take those down yourself. A recorded sale stays in your history.
Common questions
I changed the listing on Poshmark. Does the item page know?
Not until RelistKit re-reads it. When you cross-list, RelistKit re-reads the Poshmark listing first.
Can I change the photos here?
You can square them and delete them. New photos are added on the Poshmark side.
What is Other info?
A private notes field, yours only. Some sellers keep the source or bin number there. It can also be used to link items to a partner in bulk.
