What RelistKit Does

RelistKit is a helper for resellers who list on Poshmark and want their items on eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace too. It writes your listings, cross-lists them, keeps track of your inventory and sales, and does the bookkeeping along the way. It lives in two places:

• A browser extension that works inside Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace in Chrome.
• A web app at app.relistkit.com that holds your inventory and your records.

What it does for you

Writes your listings. You take the photos and save a draft on Poshmark. RelistKit reads the photos and writes the title, description, category, size, brand, colour, condition, style tags and a starting price, following best practices that help items sell. It lists more than clothing, too (see Listing Things That Aren't Clothing).

Researches prices. It looks up what similar items have recently sold for, and suggests a price with room for offers.

Manages your inventory. Every listing you make with RelistKit becomes an item under Inventory → Items. Listings you already have can come in too: one at a time on any plan, or your whole Poshmark closet, eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace on Growth and Pro (see Import from eBay, Depop and Facebook).

Cross-lists to other marketplaces. Open an item and click Cross-list on eBay, or another marketplace's button. The marketplace's listing form opens and fills in for you, with the words, sizes and price set for that marketplace. You review it and publish there.

Records sales automatically. Forward your sale emails to RelistKit once (Starter and up), and every Poshmark, eBay and Depop sale is recorded as soon as its email arrives. The item is marked sold, and you get an email with links to take it down everywhere else. Facebook Marketplace and cash sales are a quick Record a sale under Sales.

Does the paperwork. Under Trackers and Reports, it keeps your expenses, mileage, consignors and equipment, and works out your profit and loss, sales tax figures and year-end numbers, all from what you've already entered. See The Profit and Loss to start.

What it never does

• It never publishes for you. Every listing goes live only when you click the marketplace's own button. You always see the form first.
• It never guesses. If it can't read a detail from your photos, it leaves the field empty and tells you. A wrong guess costs you a sale; an empty field costs you ten seconds.
• It never touches your money. Prices are yours: every price RelistKit suggests is yours to change. Sales are recorded, never made.
• It never posts as you. It doesn't share, follow or send offers on your behalf. The one change it can make by itself is ending an eBay listing after the item sells somewhere else, and only if you connect eBay and switch that on (see Connect Your eBay Account).

The two halves

The extension is your hands on Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace: it reads the page you're on to fill in forms and keep track of your changes.

The app is your desk, where your records live. Its menu at the top has:

Plans

RelistKit has four plans: Free, Starter, Growth and Pro. Writing a listing or researching a price uses a credit, and each plan includes credits every month. Cross-listing, sales, inventory and reports never use credits. See Plans, Credits and Billing.

Common questions

Do I still need Poshmark?

Yes. Poshmark is where RelistKit writes every listing. It doesn't replace Poshmark: it saves you the retyping everywhere else, and makes managing your listings and sales more efficient.

Does it work on my phone or tablet?

The app works in your phone's browser, for checking your sales, inventory and reports. Writing listings and cross-listing need the extension, which runs in Chrome on a computer.

Can it list on Mercari or Etsy?

Not yet. Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Facebook Marketplace are the four for now.

Is my data safe?

Your photos and details are stored in your RelistKit account, and are never sold. RelistKit never sees or stores your Poshmark, eBay, Depop or Facebook passwords: it works inside your own signed-in browser tab. You can ask for a copy of everything, or for all of it to be deleted, at any time. See Your Data: Export and Deletion.

Will Poshmark think I'm a bot?

RelistKit never posts, shares, follows or publishes for you. It fills forms that you then submit yourself, which looks like you typing. The exception is importing all your existing listings at once, which reads through your own listings at a steady pace, and asks for your go-ahead first.

Does it do my taxes?

It works out the figures for you and your accountant, but it doesn't file anything. The figures aren't tax advice.
