These are the questions we hear the most.

Getting started

Do I need Poshmark? Yes; every listing starts as a Poshmark draft.

Does it work on my phone? No, both the RelistKit extension and web app must be used from a desktop or laptop using the Chrome browser.

The panel does not show on Poshmark. Reload once; then check Settings → Browser extension in the RelistKit web app and make sure it says Connected.

Listing

It got the brand or size wrong. AI will make mistakes; errors should be corrected manually in listings. When you make listing edits and save the changes on a resale platform, RelistKit will see them and store them to ensure your edits are applied when the item is cross-listed.

A field stayed empty. RelistKit could not read it from the photos, so it will leave it blank rather than try to guess. Enter the value manually instead.

Did it publish anything? Never. You press every publish button.

Cross-listing

eBay shows an empty description. It is written last; wait a few seconds, then copy it from the panel if needed.

The category is wrong on eBay. Change it in eBay's picker before publishing.

Closet

How long does importing take? About 300 listings an hour, and you can pause.

Will it make duplicates if I run it again? No, we check against existing inventory items and sales when running any automated actions to make sure nothing is duplicated.

Sales

A sale did not appear. Check your forwarding rules and make sure the email appears under Settings → Automatic sale detection.

How do I record a cash or Facebook sale? Navigate to Inventory → Items, then find the item and click the Mark as sold button on the item detail page.

Profit looks wrong. Remember to enter the item's cost and the label cost.

Money and tax

Why do only Facebook and cash sales count toward 30,000 dollars? The other platforms collect tax for you.

Are the return figures what I file? Tax reporting is available for the CRA, but we recommend reviewing numbers with an accountant.

What costs credits? Generating a listing (1) and price research (2). Everything else is free.

Account

Change my email? Click your account icon in the upper right of RelistKit, then visit Account → Email → Send confirmation; open the link while signed in.

Delete everything? Click your account icon, then visit Account → Your data → Delete my account; a person does it within 30 days.
